"Global Trade Has Finally Gotten A New Ally in France's Sapin 2", American Bar Assocation (ABA) Section of International Law, International Trade Committee Newsletter, March 10, 2017, Volume IX, No. I, pages 12-14. Published March 2017. The article discusses new laws adopted by France to fight bribery and corruption in commercial and financial transactions both nationally and internationally.

"DFS Cybersecurity Rules Address Innovative Use Of Data In Banking And Financial Services", American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law Newsletter Legal Developments in Latin America compiled by the Latin American and Caribbean Committee - October 2016 to January 2017, pages 13-15. Published March 2017. The article discusses the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS's) introduction of its proposed Cybersecurity Regulation in its anti-money laundering fight and underscores the requirement that, inter alia, third party service providers in the financial services industry take advantage of the innovative techology tools so as to ensure robust systems and protection of consumer data. 

As an active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law, Mrs Moulon-Atherley recently spoke on compliance in anti-money laundering at the Latin America and Caribbean Committee meeting as reflected in her article on New York's AML/BSA Regulation in its fight against anti-money laundering and suspicious accounts as published in the ABA LALD Newsletter, March to June 2016, pages 18-20 and also undertook a brief analysis of the New York Department of Financial Services findings of weak compliance by Deutsche Bank and the subsequent fine of $425M pursuant to Consent Order of 30th January 2017.

As an active member of the Banking Law Committee of the Business Law Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), Mrs Moulon-Atherley recently spoke on the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) Cybersecurity Regulation [an additional arsenal in New York's fight against cyber criminals] as it affects New York businesses in the financial services industry (banks, technology providers, third party payment providers, traders, money transmitters, brokers, etc.) which are using EU data as regards the Privacy Shield.
